Returns Information

Not totally happy with your product? No problem! We won’t bore or confuse you with jargon loaded policies and regulations. There are a few options for returning your item to us. Read below to find which suites you. If you are unsure, don’t worry. Give us a call and one of our friendly staff will be happy to advise you.

Unopened item

If you have received your product and it is not what you ordered, or is the wrong size/colour etc no problem. Simply fill in the returns slip, attach our discreet returns address sticker to the box and stick it in the post. Once we have received your returned item, you will then receive the correct item, or if you’d prefer we can issue you with a full refund with no fuss. If you need to send your unopened item back not to worry, you have plenty of time with a 14 day return’s policy on unopened items.

Faulty Item

Your item has arrived and isn’t working? We are very sorry! We will do everything we can to ensure you receive a fully functioning product or a full refund if you prefer. Simply fill in the returns slip, attach our discreet returns address sticker to the box and stick it in the post. For faulty items we have a 14 day return policy.

Tried it?

Tried and tested your product and not happy? Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund. Unless the item is faulty for hygiene reasons we will under no circumstances accept returns of adult toys, bondage gear, creams, gels, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened and or used.
